The 98/99 Series have all been certified to the highest industry standards and are used in schools, hospitals and government buildings. A fluid damper decelerates the pushpad on its return stroke and eliminates most noise associated with exit device operations on all 98/99 Series devices. The rim device is non-handed. Covers stock hollow metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts on single doors. The Chexit system is designed for use on delayed exit application, ideal for controlled areas. All controls, auxiliary locking, local alarm, and remote signaling are self-contained in the Chexit, providing safe, secure, easy to install and simple to operate door control and exit hardware.
